These cities are located southwest of Dallas. Arlington also borders Fort Worth to its west. The southern sections of both cities have attracted tens of thousands of black middle-class homebuyers. The area is growing rapidly with new quality homes constantly under construction. Prices are still pretty good although many workers do have long commutes to either northern Dallas of Fort Worth. But to many it's worth it. Lot sizes tend to be a bit larger than average for new homes here as well.
